What started as a small assignment has grown into a multi-year agency relationship. IQ has developed many aspects of My Health Info, partnered on multiple projects for the Microsoft Health Solutions Group, and continues its ground breaking work in mobile and strategy.
In 2008 Microsoft was looking for an agency to develop the consumer experience of Healthvault, their revolutionary health information system. They choose IQ. And so began a continuing multi-year agency engagement. Our first task was to develop and market My Health Info, a new way for families to track, manage and understand their health data, which blends personal and family medical and health data. We developed a multi-pronged business strategy, content strategy, conceptual approach, and created the technology platform built around widgets. We also created standards for b2b partnership strategy and capability as well as created the associated consumer and B2B marketing campaigns. In addition we are primary developers of applications for the Windows 7 Mobile platform and strategic designers of their greater consumer digital health initiative for the company. After IQ redesigned the Microsoft HealthVault website and associated My Health Info utility, the system was still missing the mobile component. So, we created the HealthVault app to complement this already valuable health utility.
When Microsoft wanted to tell the story to consumers of their new health management platform they turned to IQ.
Microsoft wanted to empower consumers to store, track and manage their own health information in a single, easily accessible, online location.
This new Microsoft Windows Phone 7 app integrates with HSN’s online purchasing system to allow customers to order products directly from the phone.
Microsoft had an existing consumer site called HealthVault.com that needed to be upgraded to enhance the end-user experience. So, IQ took the reigns.
IQ developed this Microsoft Windows Phone 7 application for Tesco, the UK supermarket chain, as a mobile companion to their Real Food Web site.
